Claire Salvos drawings linger on the everyday objects that shape our collective nostalgiathings once used, worn, and discarded, yet still pulsing with life. She renders these familiar items with an intimacy that makes them feel more real than the polished, unattainable versions we see in advertisements. Each line captures traces of human touch, the quiet evidence of time and use. In her hands, these objects become something more than symbols; they are artifacts of personal and shared histories, revealing a softer, more vulnerable side of the visual landscape we all move through.
