• Double edge hand saw
• Made in Japan. Banshu, Miki city
• Attention1: This saw has the possibility of cracking, if you twist it.
• Attention2: Japanese saw cuts well the object when it is pulled.

This line of traditionally made and relatively small saws is designed for those working in very fine and small-scale woodcrafts.

Blade Length: 180mm (7.1inch), Weight: 110g (3.9oz)

Highly adhesive steel

We use our own unique steel material that is strong and tough and finish it by using special heat treatment (hardening and tempering) in our own factory.

Precision clam finish for straight cutting

The blades are processed using precision machinery, and then the width of the blade and the height of the tip are adjusted using traditional techniques for each individual product, resulting in a uniform product.

Smooth vertical cut

The cutting edge has been specially designed, which was not available with conventional vertical pull blades, to achieve a smooth cutting edge that cuts just like cutting wood!

Professional skiving and shaving processing

By making the blade of a traditional double-edged saw thicker and thinner in the middle and reducing the surface area that comes into contact with the wood, we can create a skiving process that allows the blade to cut through easily, a planing process that makes the neck the thickest and strengthens the wood, and complex three-dimensional thickness processing to reduce the stiffness.

Rattan handles perfect for precision work

Natural rattan has an optimal balance of friction and slip resistance, is moisture-absorbent so it doesn’t slip when sweaty, and has excellent heat dissipation properties, making it an ideal material for long periods of work.

Precautions for use

Please use the knife slowly and without applying excessive force.
The saw board is made thin and hard to ensure the best sharpness and durability, so cutting laminated wood or raw wood or using it in an excessive manner will cause the blade or saw board to break.
