They also work great for making a washing tub for cleaning and cooling greens and other vegetables. The comfortable, bendable handles make the Large Shallow Tubtrug easy to carry for all ages. And the seamless construction and smooth surface makes it resistant to staining and easy to clean.

Unlike a plastic bucket, Tubtrugs are frost and UV proof. So you won’t have to worry about them cracking or being damaged during harsh environmental conditions. You can leave them in the sun, rain, or snow and they’ll take all the abuse mother nature can throw at them. The design and craftsmanship is practically indestructible and will last for years to come. You can step on them, drop them, or run over them with the truck — they’ll go right back to their original shape. All Tubtrugs have a nesting shape that allows for easy stacking of multiple tubs.

The Large Shallow Tubtrug has a unique shape with a larger surface area on the bottom of the Tubtrug, similar to the shape of a washtub. This shape is great for mixing potting soils for starting Seeds in your greenhouse or grow room. The shallow shape is also great for sorting, cleaning and processing vegetables for canning or for freezing. The design and shape will fit in most refrigerators, so you can go straight from field to fridge with your harvests.
