Herbaceous Sickle

[description]This super-tough garden sickle is ideal for pruning fibrous material all around the garden.

Forged from high-carbon steel for long life and edge retention, the tough serrations bite into and cut cleanly through stems, branches and roots, for rapid cutting back or clearing of growth. It can even cope with difficult, fibrous material such as the leaves of phormium (New Zealand flax) or pampas grass leaves.

The FSC-certified hardwood handle provides a secure grip, and a sturdy leather hanging thong is provided, to keep things tidy in the shed. For peace of mind, this herbaceous sickle carries a ten-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

This tool is part or out Tough Tools collection of rugged high-carbon steel garden tools for some of the toughest gardening jobs.
